Broccoli Salad- A Favorite Summer Salad
Broccoli Salad- A Favorite Summer Salad
As someone who has hated broccoli all of my life, it is funny that I am posting a Broccoli Salad recipe. That's because, this salad changed how I feel about Broccoli. It is delicious and super easy to make. This salad is a family favorite and great pot luck dish for large groups.
Step 1
Cook the bacon until it is crisp.
Step 2
Grab a head of Broccoli in the produce department- Rise and cut apart. I usually use the kitchen scissors for this because it is much easier than using a knife. I like to cut it into small bite size pieces.
Step 3
Chop some green onions
Step 4
Toast the Sliced almonds-watch them carefully so they won't burn
Step 5
Mix the dressing
In a mixing cup add:
1 1/2 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup sugar
Step 6
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl-don't forget the raisins!
Step 7
Pour the dressing over the ingredients and mix!
Step 8
Serve chilled and ENJOY!!!!!!!
Here's the full recipe for this delicious salad.
